Childhood memories - Singhasaan Bateeshi - Doordarshan Serial
The story of the throne of Raja Vikramaditya which has 32 statues in the throne. Each statue tells a story. I think it had to do something with another king who wants to sit on the throne but the throne prevent him saying that he is not as worthy as Raja Vikramaditya. Total timepass and lot of moralistic story

Its about Raja Bhoj trying to ascend Raja Vikramaditya's throne. Digital Library of India has the 1920 version of the book, which is perhaps the most authentic of all other available :)
